For Families New to the Pewaukee School District

The Pewaukee School District has a two-step process to enrolling your child in the school district for the first time. The first one is filling out the enrollment packet (located to the right). After completing your enrollment packet, you will need to send that back to Horizon School. You can either drop it off in person, send it electronically (stewnao@pewaukeeschools.org) or mail it to:

You will then receive a username and password to REGISTER ONLINE via email from our school secretary. If you do not have access to a computer that has internet capabilities, you can use a computer at Horizon from 7:30 am – 4:15 pm. If you are having technical difficulties completing the process, you can schedule an appointment through our school secretary at 262-695-5051.
